Now students will return to the classroom starting Wednesday. Here is the full press release from SAISD:
As a reminder, San Angelo ISD high school students who chose in-person instruction, will be returning to campuses this Wednesday, September 2nd.
As previously announced, all high school students in grades 9-12 began instruction virtually on August 19th as part of our phased-in approach to back to school; and on September 2nd, all high school students who opted for in-person instruction will report to campus. Virtual Academy students will continue to receive their instruction online.
Students returning to campus will need to wear a mask when social distancing is not possible and wash or sanitize their hands frequently. We look forward to seeing our students walking the halls of Lake View, Central and Central on Oakes once again!
Classes begin at 8:10 a.m.
