San Angelo ISD Students Get a Four Day Weekend Beginning Friday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- According to the San Angelo Independent School District Calendar, students get Friday and Monday off from school making a four day weekend. 

Friday, Oct. 5 is a student holiday and teacher professional work day and Monday, Oct. 6 is Columbus Day.

This affects all of San Angelo elementary, middle and high schools except for TLC Academy.

The next school holiday given will be Thanksgiving.

Students will receive Wednesday, Nov. 21 through Friday Nov. 23 off and school will resume Monday, Nov. 26.

Winter Break will follow in December.

Students will have two early dismissal days on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 19 and 20 followed by two weeks and two days of vacation time.

Full days off of school will be from Friday, Dec. 21 through Jan. 7 with the new school semester beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 8.
