Elections Administrator Explains Why San Angelo's Bond Election Isn’t Over Yet

SAN ANGELO, TX — Tom Green County Elections Administrator Vona Hudson on Monday detailed how the San Angelo ISD bond election counting isn’t concluded yet.

Hudson said the Texas legislature has detailed five deadlines for receiving ballots by mail.  Hudson says that there are still 395 ballots by mail that could be received legally today, May 7, an additional five that can be received on Thursday, May 10 and 42 that can be legally received and counted on Friday, May 11.

That’s in addition to 37 provisional ballots.  None of the ballots can be counted until Monday, May 14.

Hudson says, “By law, the ballot board reconvenes at an appointed time to process provisional votes and late ballots by mail.   They will meet on the 14th.  Once they have processed the provisional ballots and any mail ballots that have been received within the deadlines, the qualifying ballots will go to the Tally station to have the vote totals added to the existing totals.  No additional votes will be counted until the 14th.  After the votes are processed, the reports will be posted on the internet and sent to the school districts for them to canvass the vote. Once the votes have been canvassed, the election will be made official.”

That’s why the election is not over yet.  The San Angelo ISD board has to hold a public meeting to canvass the election results.  According to the San Angelo ISD website, the next regularly scheduled board meeting is May 22.

I've never heard of this..... Is this some new vote rigging technique developed by Hillary and Obama and bought by SAISD to rig this election ? ? ?
