SAN ANGELO, TX— San Angelo Police Chief Travis Griffith held a press conference today concerning excessive force by an officer with the San Angelo Police Department.

WARNING - GRAPHIC CONTENT - During Chief Griffith's press conference, video was shown of SAPD Officer Jason Gann knocking a restrained woman unconscious in the back of a police cruiser.
