Investigators say that Lewis was transported to the hospital instead of calling 9-1-1 immediately. Some individuals at the gathering reportedly expressed concerns about potential legal consequences due to the presence of alcohol.

Sebastian Lindsey now faces a manslaughter charge, with online records indicating that he is being held without bond in the Jack County Jail.

The tragic event has left the community in mourning, shedding light on the consequences of reckless actions during social gatherings. Further details surrounding the case are expected to unfold as the investigation continues.
