SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo Family is asking for the public's help after a father of four was shot in the head by a random person while at work.

As previously reported, on Sep. 13, 2023, San Angelo Police were dispatched to WW AFCO Steel for the report of a shooting victim. For the original story, see: San Angelo PD Looking for Person of Interest in 29th St. Shooting

No word yet on who the suspect in the shooting was but the family is looking to move on and recover from the incident.

"Without being able to release too many details, we ask that you help our family get back on our feet during this long recovery process as we struggle through bills, food, house home necessities, diapers, formula, wipes, and all other needs for his four children," stated the GoFundMe set up by the family. "Any amount of help is appreciated and greatly accepted."

If you do know who is responsible for the shooting the San Angelo Police are currently on the hunt for him. For a better view of the man click the link here.

The following is the entire message from the GoFundMe.

As some of you may know on Tuesday, September 12th, the father of my children was returning to his shift when he was suddenly shot in the head. This is without a doubt the hardest situation my family has ever encountered. The messages and phones calls we received at 9:00 o'clock on a Tuesday night will haunt us forever. Without being able to release too many details, we ask that you help our family get back on our feet during this long recovery process as we struggle through bills, food, house home necessities, diapers, formula, wipes, and all other needs for his four children. Any amount of help is appreciated and greatly accepted. Please see the San AngeloLive/ Crime stoppers page to see if the person who did this is recognizable so justice can be served.
