Candlelight Vigil for San Angelo Teen Shooting Victim

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A candlelight vigil will be held next week for the teen girl shooting victim who died last week.

According to the Tom Green County Coalition Against Violence, on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023 at 8 p.m., a candlelight vigil will be held at the Tom Green County Courthouse for Yasmine Castaneda.

Yasmine, 17 at the time of her death, was killed by a 16-year-old man who shot her in the back. For the original story see: Teen Girl Killed in Overnight Shooting in North San Angelo
