SAN ANGELO – Authorities arrested and booked 14 individuals into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Parking in a Handicapped Spot and a Grand Jury Indictment for manslaughter.
22-year-old Joshua Wilkins was arrested by San Angelo Police for CPF Illegal Parking in a Designated Disabled Zone ICON. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 2:13 a.m. Tuesday and his bond is listed at $473.20.
As we reported exclusively Monday, Selena Banon, 27, was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for Manslaughter. She was booked into jail at 10:58 a.m. Monday. She is being held without bond by order of the 51st District Court.
