Intoxicated Pedestrian Killed by Hit-and-run Driver

 

ODESSA, TX – An intoxicated pedestrian was ran over and killed Saturday morning in Odessa by a hit-and-run driver.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, on Jun. 18 at around 2:20 a.m., troopers with the DPS were dispatched to Loop 338 near mile marker 284 for the report of a major crash involving a pedestrian. 

When they arrived, they discovered a man that had been stuck by a vehicle that fled the scene. The victim, identified as David Koehavong, was believed to be intoxicated and in the middle of the roadway.
