EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol (RGV) agents rescue four illegal immigrants from remote ranch areas and one migrant from the Rio Grande.
On April 5, Kingsville Border Patrol Station agents encountered a group of seven illegal aliens near Sarita, and determined one of the male subjects, a Guatemalan national, needed medical assistance for severe dehydration. EMS personnel transported the man to a nearby hospital and is receiving treatment.
Later that evening, Falfurrias Border Patrol Station agents responded to a 911 emergency call of a man lost on a ranch in Brooks County. Agents conducted a search and located the man, identified as a national of Mexico and in good health, and transported him to the Falfurrias station.
A few hours later, Harlingen Border Patrol Station agents received notification of two lost illegals asking for assistance. A CBP Air and Marine Operations helicopter located the two Mexican nationals north of Raymondville. Agents determined the subjects were in good health and did not require medical attention.
On April 6, McAllen Border Patrol Station (MCS) riverine units patrolling near Mission encountered an abandoned raft on the U.S. riverbank. Upon approach, agents heard a migrant calling out for help. The MCS crewmen were able to safely pull the Mexican national from the river and onto their vessel. The migrant was assessed and did not require any medical treatment.
Border Patrol processed all subjects accordingly.

Quit wasting our taxes and resources. Fly a helicopter over them and kick out a few stale sandwiches and a couple bottles of water, declare it a humanitarian flight and wave goodbye as you fly off into the sunset.... They got themselves into that mess, let them find their own way out.
