Arrests for Family Violence Top Wednesday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 17 suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Wednesday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 17 arrests on Wednesday including the following:

  • Robert Marks was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and violation of a bond or protective order at 12:02 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was released at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Rachel Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 12:14 a.m. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was released at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Kristopher Hayes Kight was arrested for assault to the family member and terroristic threat of family household at 12:36 a.m. His bond was set at $3,000.

There are currently 532 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Wednesday, Apr. 6, 2022:

  • Robert Marks was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and violation of a bond or protective order at 12:02 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was released at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Rachel Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 12:14 a.m. Her bond was set at $5,000 and she was released at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Tyler Ashton was arrested for theft of a property at 4:31 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was released at 10:28 a.m.
  • Aaron Kelly was arrested for deadly conduct at 5:13 a.m. He was released at 8:28 a.m. 
  • Kristopher Hayes Kight was arrested for assault to the family member and terroristic threat of family household at 12:36 a.m. His bond was set at $3,000.
  • Timothy Martinez was arrested for a MISC parole violation at 1:51 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Robert Delao was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:36 p.m. He was released at 5:43 p.m.
  • Zachery Polk was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication, resisting arrest, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, criminal trespassing, and one MISC FTA at 3:59 p.m. His bond was set at $2,928.
  • Justin Sparks was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana and GOB evading arrest with a previous conviction at 6:10 p.m His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Debra Thompson was arrested for her second driving while intoxicated at 6:11 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,500.
  • William Wright was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 6:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jeramy Larralde was arrested for public intoxication at 7:04 p.m. His bond was set at $462. 
  • Rudolpho Salinas was arrested for assault to a family member at 8:02 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Beverly Castaneda was arrested for GJI unauthorized use of a vehicle at 8:39 p.m. She was released the following day at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Cory Hejl was arrested for MTR assault to a family member by impeding breath at 8:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Billy Mendoza was arrested for failure to identify by giving false info and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 10:47 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released the following day at 6:58 a.m. 
  • Obdulia Huerta was arrested for interference with public duties at 11:49 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and she was released the following morning at 8:28 a.m.
