Man Questioned in Abilene Bank Robbery Arrested

 

ABILENE, TX- The man who was questioned by police about the bank robbery that occurred in Abilene on Tuesday has been arrested.

On Tuesday, San Angelo LIVE! reported on a bank robbery on the south side of Abilene. In the event, a man entered the bank, displayed a weapon, and fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash.

A few hours later, a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle that left the scene was located at an Allsup’s Convenience store in Merkel, Texas. The man, who was identified as Feranando Enriquez, was brought back to Abilene where he was questioned by police and subsequently arrested.

Enriquez has been booked on federal charged but police have not confirmed if these charges are directly related to the robbery.
