Murder Suspect Transferred to the Tom Green County Jail

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A teenager accused of playing a role in the murder of Jacob Hernandez was transferred to Tom Green County on Thursday afternoon.

According to booking reports, on Feb  17, Eric Aguillon, 18, was transferred from the Taylor County Jail to the Tom Green County Detention Facility. Aguillon was indicted for capital murder by terror threat/other felony on Feb. 2.

In the indictment, Aguillon is accused of causing the death of Hernandez by shooting him during a burglary at the habitation of Crystal Ramirez on May 26, 2021.

Another suspect, Amethyst Deanda, 17, is still wanted. If you have any information on Deanda contact police immediately.
