Abilene Man Arrested for Capital Murder in San Angelo

ABILENE, TX — Another suspect in the murder of Jacob Hernandez has been arrested. 

According to the Taylor County booking reports, on Feb. 10, Eric Anthony Aguillon was arrested for capital murder. 

Aguillon is accused of playing a role in the brutal murder of Jacob Hernandez back in May. 

Hernandez was killed by gunshot during a home burglary at the Nueva Vista Apartments. Four suspect were involved and three have already been arrested. 

Of convicted, Aguillon could face life in prison or death.

The only suspect still at large is Amethyst Deanda. If you have any information on the whereabouts of Deanda contact the San Angelo Police Department.
