SAN ANGELO, TX- A San Angelo man has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury for sexual assault after the victim responded to an ad on Facebook.
According to court documents, investigators learned the following after speaking with the victim and a witness.
The victim told investigators that she responded to an advertisement on the Facebook page “San Angelo Swap and Sell”. The advertisement was for a job measuring a penis for a penis mold.
The ad came from a Facebook profile under the name “Danny” and included pictures of the defendant.
The victim brought a friend to Kids Kingdom, located at 290 West River Drive in San Angelo and met with the defendant, identified as Danny Juarez. The three individuals went into a bathroom to do the measuring.
Once in the bathroom stall, Juarez locked the stall door and began touching the victim’s breasts and then forcefully pulled down her shorts. He pushed the victim onto the toilet and inserted his fingers into the victim’s sexual organ and began rubbing his penis.
Juarez threatened to tell her family that she was a “skank” and that she begged for it if she did not comply.
The victim then said that Juarez ejaculated and left the bathroom stall with the two women crying.
The witness told the investigator the same story and said that they did not call for help because Juarez did not allow them to bring a cellphone into the stall and that they were fearful of any further assault.
The witness said Juarez did not make any verbal threats of physical violence during the sexual assault.
Danny Juarez was arrested on October 29, 2021 and is currently an inmate in the Tom Green County Detention Facility being held on $200,000.00 bond.
Sexual assault is a second-degree felony that carries a possible punishment of 2 to 20 years in prison and a $10,000.00 fine.

What was this bum's pitch, as far as his reason behind needing other people to measure his penis?
Why can't two females put their pretty little heads together, and channel some of that "girl power" we're constantly being bludgeoned with to muster up some better judgement?
What irresistible charm does a disheveled Neanderthal with the quintessential jailhouse shit scrawled all over his face have to display, to persuade two women to join him in a public bathroom stall?
The guy's got women issues, as evidenced by his pattern of extorting idiots like these, who are gullible enough to look at him and think to themselves "Oh yeah, nothing could possibly go wrong here.".
When all is said and done, it's people like this that give honest, professional penis molders/moldees a bad name.
