SAN ANGELO, TX – A sexual predator is facing new charges after a pair of women made an outcry of sexual assault.
As previously reported, on Oct. 2, 2018, Danny Juarez, 48, of San Angelo, was arrested for multiple counts of sexual coercion.
Court documents claim that Juarez had allegedly contacted multiple women through fake Facebook accounts offering tattoo services as well as plaster-cast pregnancy belly, breasts, and genitalia molds and cakes in exchange for payment. In some incidents, Juarez obtained photographs of his victims’ breasts and then threatened to publish them if the victims did not comply with his demands.
After months of being on trial for three counts of sexual coercion, Juarez was arrested again on new charges. This time the San Angelo Police Department arrested him for sexual assault.
The incident occurred on March 31, 2019. A women had responded to an ad on Facebook Swap and Sell for a job measuring a penis for a penis mold. This time Juarez used his real Facebook with pictures of himself on the profile.
The woman, and a tag along friend, met with Juarez for the measuring at Kids Kingdom Playground near downtown. When they arrived the three went into a bathroom stall, and according to court documents while in the stall, Juarez locked the women inside and began to sexually assault the women.
Juarez was arrested on the new charges on Oct. 29, 2021 at 1:54 p.m. He is set to plead guilty for the first three charges today.
The judge will then sentence him between 180 days to 2 years to state jail. The new charge, sexual assault, is a second degree felony which means he could spend between 2-20 years in the Texas prison system.
Juarez is currently being held in the Tom Green County Jail on no bond.
