Trash on Property, Drug Possession, and Theft Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Eric Bowie was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT and INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUTIES at 12:14 a.m. and was released at 8:58 a.m. $1,000.00 bond.
  • Jeffrey Ball was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, TRASH ON PROPERTY x2, and MISC CPF x8 at 4:37 p.m. Ball’s bond has been set at $3,892.00.

There are currently 501 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, January 4, 2022:

  • Raymond Hernandez was arrested for MISC COMM x5 at 12:44 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Hillary Taylor was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2) at 12:57 a.m. Taylor’s bond has been set at $45,000.00.
  • Apolinar Barquera was arrested for NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC CPF x2, and MISC VPTA x1 at 2:25 p.m. Barquera’s bond has been set at $1,632.00.
  • Jeffrey Ball was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, TRASH ON PROPERTY x2, and MISC CPF x8 at 4:37 p.m. Ball’s bond has been set at $3,892.00.
  • Jade Wood was arrested for GOB* FRAUD DESTROY REMOVAL CONCEALMENT WRITING, GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, and GOB* CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 5:45 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Eric Bowie was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT and INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUTIES at 12:14 a.m. and was released at 8:58 a.m. $1,000.00 bond.
  • Edwin Flott was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA x5 at 2:35 a.m. and was released at 9:13 a.m. the same day on $5,158.00 bond.
  • Matthew Bateman was arrested for CRIM TRESPASS HABIT/SHLTR/SUPRFUND/INFSTRT at 2:45 a.m. and was released at 1:43 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Ariel Lopez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 2:19 a.m. and was released at 5:13 p.m. the same day on $15,000.00 bond.
  • Christopher Dunlap was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >-1G<4G at 9:37 a.m. and was released at 5:13 p.m. the same day.
  • William Hoak was arrested for COMM* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:17 p.m. and was released at 5:43 p.m. the same day.
  • Richard Cisneros was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 4:21 p.m. and was released at 5:43 p.m. the same day.
  • Manuel Tanguma was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 5:38 p.m. and was released at 8:28 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Michael Caballero was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 12:35 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $2,500.00 bond.
