The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Jessica Cisneros was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 7:09 p.m. Cisneros’ bond has been set at $5,000.00.
- Ryan Martinez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 1:24 a.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
There are currently 574 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Mary Velez was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 5:37 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jessica Cisneros was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 7:09 p.m. Cisneros’ bond has been set at $5,000.00.
- Candace Garza was arrested for GJI* CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE AGAINST THE FAMILY at 6:43 a.m. and was released at 9:43 a.m. the same day.
- Ryan Martinez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 1:24 a.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
- Marina Zemke was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 1:25 p.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
- Robert Avalos was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 7:42 p.m. and was released at 2:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Fernando Moreno was arrested for GJI* SEX ABUSE OF CHILD CONTINUOUS: VICTIM UNDER 14 at 2:37 p.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the next day.
