Dallas Teen Indicted for Kidnapping & Brutally Murdering Toddler

DALLAS, TX- The Texas teen accused of kidnapping and brutally murdering a defenseless 4-year-old boy has been indicted on a capital murder charge.

Darriynn Ronnell Brown, 18, was indicted on Monday for the murder of Cash Gernon.

A surveillance video showed a man standing over Cash and his twin brother. The man picked up the sleeping child and walked out of the room.

After a mental evaluation, Heath Harris, Brown’s attorney, expects him to be found incompetent.

(found incompetent) yes, especially after he is coached by his lawyers. To think this horrible crime would get much more than local coverage is laughable.
