Northside Drug Dealer Indicted for Possessing an Apartment Full of Illicit Drugs

 

SAN ANGELO,TX – A San Angelo man has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury in July for manufacturing and delivering several different controlled substances.

On March 2, 2021, a search warrant was obtained for Whitney Hardin’s residence. During the execution of the search warrant, officers found that Hardin was in possession of nearly 230 grams of oxycodone, 400 grams of Xanax, and more than 4 but less than 400 grams of THC.

Hardin was arrested and charged with manufacture and delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance more than 200 grams but less than 400 grams, manufacture and delivery of a penalty group three controlled substance more than 200 grams but less than 400 grams, possession of a controlled substance between four and four hundred grams, and a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Whitney Hardin was arrested and booked that same day into the Tom Green County Detention Facility and was released on March 3rd, 2021 on a $200,000.00 bond.
