SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo pill dealer is back behind bars after SAPD officers seized more than 400 grams of Oxy and Xanax on Tuesday.
According to court documents, on Mar. 3, officers with the San Angelo Police Department served a warrant at the 2400 block of Rainey for 36-year-old Whitney Hardin.
Once inside officers found over 200 grams of Aprazalom or Xanax, more than 200 grams of Oxycodone, and a sizable amount of THC.
Hardin was arrested and charged with manufacture and delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance more than 200 grams but less than 400 grams, manufacture and delivery of a penalty group three controlled substance more than 200 grams but less than 400 grams, possession of a controlled substance between four and four hundred grams, and a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility. His bond is set at $200,650.
Hardin was also convicted of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in 2008. Had a motion to revoke in 2009 for another drug charge. Then in 2010 Hardin was sentenced to prison for manufacturing and delivery of MDMA and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Hardin will now more than likely face enhanced charges due to his past drug offenses.

Why use "Lake View" when naming this article? Are you trying to insinuate that he was only a drug dealer in a certain part of town? San Angelo is the city which he resides. Stop trying to create even more division in our city by labeling someone northside.
