Police: Elementary School Teacher Under Investigation

BALLINGER, TX - A fifth-grade teacher is on administrative leave after allegations surfaced of inappropriate behavior with a student.

According to the Ballinger Police Department, the alleged victim was a 12-year-old student.

The police department confirmed investigators would be conducted interviews with the student and others to determine if charges will be filed.

No further details have been released by the police department and school district.
