San Angelo Man Indicted for Lewd Acts with a Child

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo man has been indicted for a sexual assault that occurred in 2009.

According to court documents, on Jan. 5, David Vasquez was arrested for an indictment for multiple child sex crimes.

Vasquez was arrested Tuesday. 

The indictment came after a Tom Green County grand jury indicted Vasquez for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl under the age of fourteen in 2009.

The indictments accused him of sexually assaulting the child with his hand, touching the child's breast and forcing the child to touch his genitals. 

Vasquez was booked into the Tom Green County Jail for aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact. 

His bond is set at $110,000.
