BOOKING REPORT: Baskin Jailed Following Animal Cruetly

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • William Baskin was arrested for MISC dog, ferret, or pot-bellied pig at large, three counts of MISC failure to spay/neuter, three counts of MISC failure to microchip, and three counts of failure to vaccinate at 4:06 a.m. His bond was set at $4,870 and he was released at 9:13 a.m.
  • Malneshia Clark was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:23 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:58 a.m.
  • Sammy Torres was arrested for possession of marijuana, unlawful carry of a weapon, expired vehicle registration, no driver's license, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, one MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 11:07 p.m. His bond is set at $5,639.

Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 442 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday, Nov. 9, 2020:
  • Ty Adams was arrested for resisting arrest and no headlights on a bicycle at 2:34 a.m. His bond was set at $884 and he was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Ami Bornhorst was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG 1 less than or equal to one gram but less than four grams at 3:45 a.m. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she was released at 11:13 a.m.
  • William Baskin was arrested for MISC dog, ferret, or pot-bellied pig at large, three counts of MISC failure to spay/neuter, three counts of MISC failure to microchip, and three cents of failure to vaccinate at 4:06 a.m. His bond was set at $4,870 and he was released at 9:13 a.m.
  • Monica Duran was arrested for four MISC CPF at 9 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Armando Meza was arrested for evading arrest at 9:08 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Sam Fernandez was arrested for one MISC CPF at 9:56 a.m. He was released at 1:58 p.m. 
  • Malarie Zachary was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:09 a.m. She was released at 4:58 p.m.
  • Crystal Flores was jailed for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, COMM possession of marijuana, COMM failure to identify by giving false information, and COMM driving while intoxicated at 10:12 a.m.
  • Rosalie Perez was jailed for COMM manufacture and delivery of a PG 1 controlled substance more than or equal to four grams but not more than 200 grams at 2:10 p.m.
  • Eduardo Marin was jailed for COMM second driving while intoxicated at 3:49 p.m.
  • Sammy Torres was arrested for possession of marijuana, unlawful carry of a weapon, expired vehicle registration, no driver's license, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, one MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 11:07 p.m. His bond is set at $5,639.
  • Sarah Ash was arrested for GOB theft of property greater or equal to $750 but less than $2,500 and RPR criminal trespassing at 11:56 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time at 11:56 p.m.
  • Cristina Gutierrez was jailed for COMM second driving while intoxicated at 3:44 p.m. She was released at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Patricia Gonzales was arrested for theft of property between $100 and $750 at 5:35 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and she was released at 10:43 p.m.
  • Patrick Kiser was arrested for tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair at 6:06 p.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was released Tuesday at 9:43 a.m.
  • Adrian Gonzalez was arrested for public intoxication at 6:13 p.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released Tuesday at 7:43 a.m.
  • Malneshia Clark was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:23 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:58 a.m.
