San Angelo Man Indicted for Recording Assault on a 13-Year-Old Girl

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A 26-year-old man has been indicted for allegedly recording himself and a 13-year-old girl having sex. 

As previously reported, on August 31, officers with the San Angelo Police Department arrested Pablo Albert Lemus for a number of child sex crimes. For the full story click here: San Angelo Man Arrested for Assaulting Minor Half His Age

The charge came after police learned of a sexual assault where Lemus allegedly raped a 13-year-old and took pictures and video of it. 

The child noticed that Lemus repeatedly turned on his flash light while they had sex. She later realized this was Lemus using his camera. 

Police then attempted to find Lemus but discovered he fled to Wray, Colorado. With the assist from the Wray Police Department, Lemus was arrested and extradited back to San Angelo. For more click: Fugitive San Angelo Pedo Tracked Down in Colorado

Lemus was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Aug. 29 for aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual performance of a child employ/induce/authorize.

He was then indicted on Oct. 7 for three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, two counts of sexual performance of a child employ/induce/authorize, and one count of indecency with a child by sexual contact. 

His initial pre-trial is set for Dec. 1 at 2:00 p.m.
