The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Haston Bilbo was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 6:36 p.m. His bond has been set at $30,000.00.
- Arturo Garcia was arrested for MURDER, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 8:10 a.m. His bond has been set at $501,500.00. As previously reported, Garcia was identified by the SAPD as the gunman who shot and killed a McCulloch County Sheriff's son around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
- Carlos Pena was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MAN/DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 7:52 p.m. His bond has been set at $51,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are currently 463 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Monday morning.
