Murder Suspect Back In Jail After Smoking the Devil's Lettuce

 

ABILENE, TX--Three weeks after his bond was reduced, 18-year-old Tyree Tyshan Neal is back in jail.

Neal and three other individuals were arrested on January 3 after being accused of murdering David Devora on New Year's Eve.

According to police, the victim was watching a football game with two other people around 8:00 p.m. when someone knocked on the front door. Devora was shot through the door.

On September 4, 2020, Neal's bond was reduced from $125,000 to $10,000.

On September 22, Neal tested positive for marijuana and thus violating his bond conditions.

On September 26 he was arrested again and now his bonds total $152,000.

He and two other co-defendants are expected to stand trial beginning next February.
