Creepy Fugitive Surrenders to Police

 

ABILENE, TX --  The Abilene Police Department has confirmed one of Abilene's Wanted criminals turned himself in.

According to police, 43-year-old Curtis Dustin Dickson is wanted for indecency with a child by contact.

According to the complaint, the 12-year-old victim told police Dickson had touched her inappropriately and asked if she liked it.

When questioned by police, Dickson claimed he may have "accidentally bumped" the victim when getting his wallet.

On Thursday, Dickson went to APD and turned himself in.

Dickson was released on Friday after posting a $15,000 bond.
