Deputy Shot While Serving Felony Warrant

 

SPRING BRANCH, TX – A Comal County Sheriff's Deputy was shot Thursday while serving a felony warrant in Spring Branch.

According to the Comal County Sheriff's Office, the deputy was at a residence in the 1400 block of Springwood when the shooting occurred.

The deputy was airlifted to a San Antonio hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

A suspect was arrested at the scene and the Texas Rangers are investigating the shooting.

He probably kicked in the door unannounced, like the gestapo, and the homeowner thought he was a burgler and rightfully shot him, second amendment right? That or one of his fellow officers shot him. Either way I am willing to bet incompetence by the police as usual.

I'm not being ignored if you are responding to me :) I guess you are anti-second amendment then? Should a homeowner no be able to shoot someone who has kicked in their door?
