Public Intoxication and Possession of the Devil's Lettuce Top Thursday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fourteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Billy Richardson was arrested for GJI sex offenders duty to register annually for life at 5:43 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • David Ochampaugh was arrested for GOB terroristic thereat against officer, GOB manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG1, possession of marijuana, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1, and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 2 at 2:33 a.m. His bond is set at $101,000. 

The Tom Green County jail has 556 beds.  There were 423 inmates currently in jail as of Friday morning.

  • Isaiah Samaniego was arrested for possession of marijuana at 1:48 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 4:28 a.m.

  • David Ochampaugh was arrested for GOB terroristic thereat against officer, GOB manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG1, possession of marijuana, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 1, and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance PG 2 at 2:33 a.m. His bond is set at $101,000. 
  • Collin Crain was arrested for public intoxication at 5:44 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and was released at 3:43 p.m. 
  • Vicente Serbantez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:09 a.m. His bond was sat $500 and was released at 3:43 p.m.
  • John Salas was sentenced for COMM theft of a firearm, COMM possession of a controlled substance PG 1, and COMM tampering/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair at 2:43 p.m.
  • Kelly Fryar was sentenced for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 4:53 p.m.
  • Olga Sanchez was arrested for GJI unauthorized use of a vehicle at 5:15 p.m. Her bond is set at $7,500. 
  • Mariah Kincaid was arrested for GOB credit card abuse, unclean or obscured license plate, no DL, possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC FTA at 5:23 p.m. Her bond was set at $2,190 and she was released ta 10:43 p.m. 
  • Billy Richardson was arrested for GJI sex offenders duty to register annually for life at 5:43 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Sherry Bales was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 6:01 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
  • Anthony Gomez was arrested for MTR assault to a family member with a previous conviction, GOB second driving while intoxicated. FTA no DL, and FTA speeding at 7:02 p.m. His bond is set at $17,750. 
  • Jonathan Reyes was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing at 7:46 p.m. His bond is set at $8,662. 
  • Sam Fernandez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 8:37 p.m. His bond is set at $2,500. 
  • Robert Cameron was arrested for a parole violation at 10:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
