The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:
- Fabian Mejia was arrested for VOP FLEEING POLICE OFFICER, MTR DEADLY CONDUCT DISCHARGE FIREARM at 3:51 p.m. His bond has been set at $16,500.00.
- Eric Benavides was arrested for J/N POSS DANGEROUS DRUG and J/N CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:37 a.m. His bond has been set at $18,500.00.
- Trevor Armstrong was arrested for GJI CRIMINAL NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE at 8:07 a.m. Armstrong was booked and released on a $10,000.00 bond.
Out of the 446 beds available there are 385 inmates currently in jail as of Tuesday morning.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: (06/09)
- Eric Benavides was arrested for J/N POSS DANGEROUS DRUG and J/N CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:37 a.m. His bond has been set at $18,500.00.
- Andy Sexton was sentenced for COMM POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 9:28 a.m.
- Christopher Richardson was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, FAIL TO STOP AND LEAVE INFORMATION - PARKED VEHICLE, POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC FTA at 10:58 a.m. His bond has been set at $9,936.00.
- Jonathan Ingram was arrested for MTR POSS CS PG 1 < 1G st 12:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Fabian Mejia was arrested for VOP FLEEING POLICE OFFICER, MTR DEADLY CONDUCT DISCHARGE FIREARM at 3:51 p.m. His bond has been set at $16,500.00.
- Suzanne Mitchell POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 7:01 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
- Erik Hamilton was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 7:17 p.m. His bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Trevor Armstrong was arrested for GJI CRIMINAL NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE at 8:07 a.m. Armstrong was booked and released on a $10,000.00 bond.
- Lucio Solano was arrested for MTR POSS CS PG 1 < 1G at 9:22 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Patrick Buren was arrested for VOP UNL CARRYING WEAPON and VOP DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:21 p.m.
- Kevin Hale was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 6:30 p.m. His bond has been set at $662.00.
- Kristen Moore was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 7:08 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
- Cynthia Zertuche was arrested for MISC THEFT $100 TO <$750 CHECK at 9:47 p.m. Her bond has been set at $1,500.00.
