SAPD: Fugitive Wanted in Arden Ridge Shooting Arrested

SAN ANGELO, TX – Four days after the shooting at Arden Ridge Apartments, San Angelo Police Department officers have arrested Michael Gabriel Sanchez.

The 21-year-old was accused of shooting and injuring a 24-year-old male acquaintance during an altercation on March 9, 2020.

According to police, Sanchez was taken into custody this afternoon during a traffic stop conducted by members of the Department’s Anti-Crime Unit.

Sanchez has been charged with Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.
