Police Searching for Wanted Fugitive in Monday Apartment Shooting

SAN ANGELO, TX — Detectives with the San Angelo Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division have obtained a Warrant of Arrest for 21-year-old Michael Gabriel Sanchez for the charge of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.

As we reported Monday, police are investigating a shootingat the Arden Ridge Apartments at 3801 Arden Rd.

According to a press release, Sanchez is accused of shooting and injuring a 24-year-old male acquaintance during an altercation at the apartment complex just before 2:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020.
