Police Identify Suspect in Officer Involved Shooting

 

MIDLAND, TX – After shooting an officer in the leg, the Department of Public Safety has released the name of the suspect. 

According to CBS7, 46-year-old Brian Rubin is being charged with aggravated assault against a Public Servant.

Rubin is currently being held at the Midland County Jail and no bond has been set at this time.
