Fighting and Possession of the Reefer Top Weekend Arrests

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Forty-eight suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Anthony Vivian was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 4:50 p.m. His bond is set at $75,000. 
  • Ty Mowrey was arrested for continuous violence against family members at 7:26 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Chelsy Cuellar was arrested for GOB unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 11:44 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

Out of the 446 beds, 419 inmates are currently in jail as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Diallo Williams was arrested for theft of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest at 12:52 a.m. Her bond was set at $11,500 and was released at Saturday at 12:52 a.m. 
  • James Watson was arrested for GOB burglary of a habitation at 12:56 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joaquin Maldonado wsa arrested for public intoxication and a MISC VOP at 5:05 a.m. His bond is set at $442. 
  • Roger Rosas was arrested for two MISC CPF at 7:48 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Enrique Jalomo was arrested for a MISC VOP at 10:14 a.m. His bond is set at $5,000. 
  • Chelsy Cuellar was arrested for GOB unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 11:44 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Julia Morales was arrested for CPF issuance of bad check at 12:00 p.m. She was released without bond at 7:28 p.m. 
  • Maholly Anthony was arrested for GJI possession of marijuana at 2:17 p.m. He was released without bond at 1:13 p.m. 
  • Robyn Roe was jailed for COMM driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 3:00 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Shane Lumsdon was arrested for possession of marijuana and DWLI with a previous conviction at 3:10 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 5:28 p.m. 
  • Marilda Johnson was arrested for theft at 4:35 p.m. She was released without bond at 6:28 p.m. 
  • Jose Martinez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a MISC VOP at 7:28 p.m. his bond is set at $10,642. 
  • Daniel Smith was arrested for possession of marijuana at 7:52 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Kendrick Mayberry was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 7:41 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Rosamaria Ramirez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 9:18 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Taylor was arrested for racing on highway at 10:55 p.m. His bond is set at $500 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Teven Cardova was arrested for GOB unauthorized use of a vehicle at 11:10 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Jaziel Garcia was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 1:02 a.m. His bond was set at $11,000 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
  • Sarah Garcia was arrrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and MTR possession of a controlled substance at 6:30 a.m. Her bond is set at $36,000. 
  • Robert Shipman was jailed for COMM third or more driving while intoxicated at 10:12 a.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Armando Hernandez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 9:46 p.m. His bond is set at $2,500 and was released Sunday at 1:28 p.m. 
  • Hunter Higgins was arrested for GJI theft of a property with two or more previous convictions at 3:17 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:58 p.m. 
  • Yolanda Vasquez was arrested for theft of a property, class c theft, and criminal trespassing at 3:23 p.m. her bond was set at $1,424 and was released at 7:28 a.m. 
  • John Cusson-Walker was arrested for theft of mail at 3:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Bianca Valencia was arrested for GJI credit card abuse and criminal trespassing at 3:40 p.m. Her bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Anthony Vivian was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 4:50 p.m. His bond is set at $75,000. 
  • Ty Mowrey was arrested for continuous violence against family members at 7:26 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Maegan Gonzales was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 9:44 p.m. Her bond was se tat $2,500 and was released Sunday at 4:28 p.m. 
  • Daniel Denton was arrested for stalking at 10:26 p.m. His bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Christy Sertain was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:52 p.m. Her bond is set at $2,500. 
  • Heather Troncoso was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:12 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Sunday at 2:13 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday:

  • Sergio Martinez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:17 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:42 p.m. 
  • Mike Martinez was arrested or furnishing alcohol to minors at 4:19 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
  • Travis Christian was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 7:51 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 2:28 p.m. 
  • Dillon Binder was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a bac over .15 at 9:17 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 4:58 p.m. 
  • Nicholas Ybarra was arrested for public intoxication at 9:25 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 4:58 pm. 
  • Cecelia Terriquez was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug at 12:19 p.m. her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:13 p.m. 
  • Shane Warren was arrested for possession of marijuana at 12:34 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:13 p.m. 
  • Samanta Aguirre was arrested for six MISC CPF at 2:29 p.m. She was released at 9:43 p.m. 
  • Jessica Espinoza was arrested for one MISC CPF at 2:59 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Daniel Lara was arrested for VOP assault that caused bodily injury, possession of a controlled substance, and failure to identify as a fugitive from justice at 5:50 p.m. His bond is set at 5:50 p.m. 
  • Juan Garza was arrested for dog, ferret, or pot-bellied pig at large, five MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 6:03 p.m. His bond is set at $864. 
  • Connie Rodriguez was arrested for disorderly conduct by fighting at 7:06 p.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Frances Garza was arrested for disorderly conduct by fighting at 7:35 p.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Jesus Valdez was arrested for fleeing police officers and racing on the highway at 9:34 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Monday at 12:28 a.m. 
  • Thelma Walker was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and MISC contempt of court at 10:15 p.m. Her bond was set at $870 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Brianna Rodriguez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:22 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Monday at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Demetrius Huff was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, defective head lights, possession of drug paraphernalia, two MISC FTA, and three MISC VPTA at 11:47 p.m. His bond is set at $12,850.
