BOOKING REPORT: Over 30 Suspects Arrested Over the Weekend

SAN ANGELO, TX – Thirty-five suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

1. Austin McWhirter was arrested for indecent assault at 4:56 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
2. Micah Mota was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and deadly conduct at 5:20 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at Sunday at 12:13 a.m. 
3. Sterling Leverett was arrested for possession of marijuana 4OZ < 5LBS at 6:59 p.m. His bond was set at $25,000 and was released Saturday at 6:59 p.m. 

Out of the 446 beds, 432 inmates are currently in jail as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

• Dominic Shaw was arrested for driving under the influence at 2:43 a.m. His bond was set at $504 and was released at 1:28 p.m. 
• Leslie Montalvo was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:11 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:28 a.m. 
• Robert Bonner was arrested for criminal trespassing at 6:15 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:28 a.m. 
• Chrystal Taylor was arrested for three MISC CPF at 9:55 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Leon Farley was arrested for a MISC VOP at 12:37 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Adam Walker was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument and a MISC VOP at 12:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Robert Morales was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 1:57 p.m. His bond was set at $5,000. 
• Crystal Valdez waw arrested for a DWLI, Speeding, two MISC CPF, and a MISC VPTA at 2:06 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,140 and was released at Sunday at 12:43 a.m. 
• Samantha Skains was arrested for theft of a property, fraud by destroying concealment writing, and COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:20 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Corby Chitsey was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography at 3:25 p.m. He was released without bond at 3:43 p.m. 
• Austin McWhirter was arrested for indecent assault at 4:56 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
• Felipe Escamilla was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug, resisting arrest, and a MISC bench warrant at 5:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Sterling Leverett was arrested for possession of marijuana 4OZ < 5LBS at 6:59 p.m. His bond was set at $25,000 and was released Saturday at 6:59 p.m. 
• Jonathan Perez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 7:03 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Saturday at 12:13 a.m. 
• Dwain Clemons was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 7:55 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released Saturday at 4:13 p.m. 
• Eric Miller was arrested for a MISC VOP at 8:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• David Arambula was arrested for possession of marijuana and criminal trespassing at 10:18 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released Saturday at 12:43 a.m. 
• Mark Hurt was arrested for DWLI w ith a previous conviction at 11:24 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Saturday at 4:28 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

• Kevin Wilmot was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 2:04 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 10:43 a.m. 
• Lianna Martinez was arrested for public intoxication at 2:56 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
• Benjamin Chappa was arrested for unlawful carrying weapon and a unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 3:13 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Saturday at 10:58 a.m. 
• Melissa Hallman was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:43 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
• Kevin Barron was arrested for GOB assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:35 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Ashley Arteaga was arrested for criminal trespassing at 3:01 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 4:28 p.m. 
• Jason Watson was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 3:35 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 7:13 p.m. 
• Micah Mota was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and deadly conduct at 5:20 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at Sunday at 12:13 a.m.

• Johnny Ramos was arrested for no proof of financial responsibility and a MISC VPTA at 1:45 a.m. His bond was set at $1,340 and was released at 4:58 a.m. 
• Misty Doty was arrested for a MISC contempt of court and three MISC FTA at 1:50 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,772 and was released at 3:43 a.m. 
• Joe Doty was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:07 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:13 a.m. 
• Monseis Mata was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 2:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Alex Fitchett was arrested for public intoxication at 2:34 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 7:13 a.m.
