Capital Murder Suspect Now Facing Lewd Acts With a Child Charges

ABILENE, TX – Casey Rae Kennedy, 26, has been charged with sexually assaulting a boy under the age of six; in addition to the capital murder charge she faces after allegedly beating to death a pregnant woman.

According to KTXS, Kennedy was charged Tuesday with aggravated sexual assault of a child that is alleged to have occurred in October of 2018.

Kennedy has been in Taylor County Jail since August of this year after she and two others were arrested for the murder of Kelly Holder, 24, and her unborn child. 

According to Taylor County Jail records, Kennedy has a $200,000 bond for the capital murder charge and that was increased by $100,000 with the aggravated sexual assault of a child.
