Attorney Who Blew Open Ray Zapata’s Case Named Top Lawyer of Mexican Consulate

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The lawyer that turned in Ray Zapata for the fraudulent will of John Sullivan was selected to be a top lawyer at the Mexican Consulate. 

According to the US Department of State on Thursday October 10, Joe Hernandez was named the Consultant Lawyer for the Government of Mexico on behalf of the Undersecretary for North America Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

This is coming after 30 years of service with Mexican Consulant where he has helped Mexican Officials with criminal and civil cases.
