Alleged Murder and Kidnapper Brought Back into Town Just in Time for Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Thirty-Six suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including unlawful restraint of a child, assault to a peace officer, and murder. 

Out of the 446 beds, 499 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Isla Martinez was arrested for J/N forgery of a government instrument, J/N possession of a controlled substance,and a GJI bail jumping at 12:04 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lauren Fernandez was arrested for DWLI at 1:57 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 3:43 a.m. 
  • Calvin Burney was arrested for criminal trespassing at 2:41 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 4:13 a.m. 
  • Lisa Dietrick was arrested for one MISC CPF at 2:56 a.m. She was released without bond at 1:43 p.m. 
  • Eugene Garcia was arrested for pedestrian walking with traffic at 4:00 a.m. His bond was set at $220 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Rj Brannon was arrested for consuming alcohol after hours, minor in consumption, no DL, a MISC FTA and a MISC VPTA at 6:48 a.m. His bond is set at $2,058 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
  • Bojack Hubbard was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana at 9:50 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alfredo Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:28 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Timothy Felczak was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 11:00 a.m. His bond was set at $25,000 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Maria Garcia was arrested for one MISC CPF and a MISC VOP at 12:51 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Isiah Galindo was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:04 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Legend Romine was arrested for MTR second driving while intoxicated at 1:31 p.m. He was released without bond at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Candice Campbell was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and MTR driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 1:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Geiger was arrested for eleven MISC CPF at 2:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Caleb Popejoy was arrested for assault to a peace officer/judge at 3:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Carl Clift was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and J/N possession of a controlled substance at 3:12 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Tyson Wilson was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon at 3:18 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery at 3:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for indecent exposure at 4:13 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 3:58 a.m. 
  • Jessie Robinson was arrested for murder, MISC bench warrant, MISC evading arrest, and a MISC VOP at 5:08 p.m. His bond is set at $500,000. 
  • Stanley Neff was arrested for MTR third or more driving while intoxicated at 5:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Anthony Aguero was arrested for unlawful restrain of a child less than 17 years of age at 5:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jon Fuson was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 5:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jeremy Poor was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance and a failure to identity as a fugitive from justice. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Steven Welchw as arrested for criminal trespassing at 6:05 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Jonathan Samaniego was arrested for class c theft and a MISC FTA at 6:12 p.m. His bond was set at $878 and was released Tuesday at 2:13 a.m. 
  • Ernesto Losoya was arrested for MTR third or more driving while intoxicated at 6:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Russell Rosemann was arrested for class c theft, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two MISC FTA at 6:46 p.m. His bond was set at $2,730 and was released at 9:43 p.m. 
  • Naomi Alanis was arrested for three MISC CPF at 7:01 p.m. She was released without bond at 10:28 p.m. 
  • Andrew Garcia was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 8:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Charles Curtis was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction at 8:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Tamara Benton was arrested for fraud by possessing multiple ID at 9:35 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joshua Hernandez was arrested for five MISC CPF at 11:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Casey was arrested for theft of a service and criminal trespassing at 11:08 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 2:13 a.m. 
  • Keith Westbrooks was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 11:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jose Martinez GOB possession of marijuana, GOB possession of a controlled substance, GOB bal jumping, and GOB DWLI with a previous conviction at 11:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
