Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including sexual assault of a child, manufacture and delivery of controlled substance, and capturing a wanted fugitive. 

Rory Weatherford was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 11:29 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

Marc Duarte was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child at 4:10 p.m. His bond is set at $20,000. 

Robert Catron was arrested for a MISC fugitive from justice at 6:43 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

Out of the 446 beds, 468 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Jacob Wilham was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 1:35 a.m. His bond is set at $5,800. 
  • Stevandre West was arrested for no headlights on a bicycle and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:15 a.m. His bond is set at $966 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Terry Foreman was arrested for GJI fraud by possessing multiple identifying information at 10:32 a.m. He was released without bond at 7:28 p.m. 
  • Rory Weatherford was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 11:29 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Stacy Anderson was arrested for one MISC FTA at 11:42 a.m. His bond is set at $454 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Jonathan Harlin was arrested for VOP accident involving damage to a vehicle at 12:39 p.m. He was released without bond at 3:13 p.m. 
  • Steven Sanmiguel was arrested for one MISC CPF at 3:00 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Nicholas Reeves was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 3:04 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Daniel Gloria was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 3:37 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Marc Duarte was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child at 4:10 p.m. His bond is set at $20,000. 
  • Cesar Gonzalez-Roman was arrested for three MISC COMM at 4:45 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Elva Adame was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:28 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,084 and was released Tuesday at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:38 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christopher Zuniga was arrested for VOP driving while intoxicated at 5:44 p.m. His bond not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Catron was arrested for a MISC fugitive from justice at 6:43 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Stephan Bobholz was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction, public intoxication, criminal trespassing, and two MISC FTA at 7:01 p.m. His bond is set at $2,066. 
  • Antonio Enriguez was arrested for theft of a property at 8:38 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at 4:13 a.m. 
  • Bianca Rodriguez was arrested for COMM bail jumping at 8:41 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Monroe was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 10:08 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • John Young was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:55 p.m. His bond is set at $2,500. 
  • Jonathon Munoz was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:37 p.m. His bond is set at $1,706. 
  • Mercer McGuire was arrested for public intoxication at 11:47 p.m. His bond was set at $440 and was released Tuesday at 5:13 a.m.
