How to Get Arrested for Walking in the Street

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Two teens were arrested last night for walking with traffic. 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, on August 5, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E 5th after two men were seen stealing a cooler out of a truck bed. 

After being seen, the two ran towards the Transit station where the cops caught them. 

They did not have the cooler but it was found nearby. 

SAPD has identified the two as 18-year-old Sincere Cotto and 19-year-old Isiah Galindo. 

They arrested and charged with pedestrian walking with traffic. The two were booked into the Tom Green County Jail and were released on a $220 bond.
