Trying to Take a Weapon from an Officer Tops the Weekend's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Fifty suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including many driving while intoxicated, trying to take a weapon from a police officer, and driving the wrong way on a one way street. 

Out of the 445 beds, 432 of them are occupied as of Monday morning. 

The following were booked into a TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Roy Flores was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a MISC VOP at 12:20 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Billy Hackney was arrested for MTR theft of a property with two or more previous convictions, VOP failure to identify by giving false information, VOP failure to identify as a fugitive, and RPR criminal trespassing at 12:20 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joseph Ramirez was arrested for J/N theft of a property with a previous conviction, DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, and two MISC VPTA at 2:52 a.m. His bond is set at $3,342. 
  • Tracy Hardy was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 9:29 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Adrianna Perea-Vigil was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:19 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Ruth Martinez was arrested for GJI theft of a property and two failure to appears at 11:27 a.m. Her bond was set at $454 and was released at 2:28 p.m. 
  • Haliss Gibbs was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana and RPR unlawful carrying of a weapon at 11:59 a.m. He was released without bond at 2:28 p.m. 
  • Hannah Lopez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 12:01 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 1:13 p.m. 
  • John Lopez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 12:17 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 1:43 p.m. 
  • Emily Portales was arrested for MISC sex offenders failure to comply at 1:25 p.m. Her bond was set at $50,000. 
  • Thomas Lenois was arrested for sex offenders duty to register annually at 5:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • David Romero was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing and seven MISC CPF at 6:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Olivia Argumendo was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:52 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,420 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Isreal Reel was arrested for RPR evading arrest, riding a bicycle on the wrong side of the roadway, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing, one MISC FTA, and one MISC VPTA at 8:01 p.m. His bond is set at $2,696. 
  • Regina Gill was arrested for possession of marijuana at 8:15 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Michael Sadler was arrested for COMM contempt of court for child support at 9:30 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Justin Smith was arrested for burglary of a vehicle and resisting arrest at 9:44 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Saturday at 12:13 a.m. 
  • Ceasor Daniels was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 9:53 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Trinity Bushner was arrested for assault to a public servant and her second driving while intoxicated at 10:56 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released Saturday at 11:58 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Ramon Garza was arrested for criminal trespassing at 12:31 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  • Jacob Klingsmnith was arrested for public intoxication at 1:01 a.m. His bond was set at $442. 
  • Jimmy Barboza was arrested for MISC contempt of court for child support at 1:15 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Patrick Bellard was arrested for public intoxication at 1:18 a.m. His bond is set at $442. 
  • Diana Arredondo was arrested for one FTA and eleven MISC CPF at 1:39 a.m. Her bond has not been set at thist time. 
  • John Boff was arrested for GOB assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 1:55 a.m. his bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 3:13 p.m. 
  • Victoria Vance was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:16 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000. 
  • Justin Smith was arrested for walking on the wrong side of a roadway at 4:57 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 12:58 p.m.
  • Jammal Johnson was arrested for DWLI, one MISC FTA, and displaying expired plates at 1:08 p.m. His bond was set at $1,572 and was released at 2:43 p.m. 
  • Sean Sanchez was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance at 5:12 pm. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Marrs was arrested for a MISC fugitive from justice at 7:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rodolfo Landin was arrested for GOB DWLI with a previous conviction, eight MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA. His bond is set at $442. 
  • Ivy Alvarez was arrested for selling alcohol to minors at 9:15 p.m. She was released without bond at 10:58 p.m. 
  • Reymundo Morales was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 11:06 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Aaron Skeels was arrested for evading arrest with a vehicle at 11:20 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • John Schelly was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:32 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Sunday at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Marcial Martinez was arrested for public intoxication and two MISC CPF at 11:39 p.m. His bond is set at $442. 
  • Danielle Juarez was arrested for two MISC CPF at 11:56 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday: 

  • Francisco Flores was arrested for resisting arrest, attempting to take a weapon from an officer, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and one MISC VOP at 12:27 a.m. His bond is set at $18,000. 
  • Timothy Medina was arrested for theft of a property at 3:22 a.m. His bond was set at $300 and was released at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Dallas Davis was arrested for five MISC CPF at 3:24 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Adrian Rodriguez was arrested for one MISC FTA at 8:12 a.m. His bond is set at $454 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Porce Contreras was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:32 a.m. His bond was set at 41,000 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Francisca Perez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, no proof of financial responsibility, speeding, wrong way on one way, seven MISC CPF, and three MISC VPTA at 3:02 p.m. Her bond is set at $5,932. 
  • Devin Carehart was arrested for unlawful restraint, assault to a family member that caused bodily injury at 3:03 p.m. His bond is set at $3,000. 
  • Teodoro Gomez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 3:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Miguel Villa was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:28 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Abel Guzman was arrested for public intoxication, accident involving damage, driving while intoxicated, and a MISC FTA at 5:30 p.m. His bond is set at $2,448. 
  • Albret Hernandez was arrested for issuance of a bad check, five MISC CPF, DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, two MISC VPTA, and one MISC FTA at 8:10 p.m. His bond is set at $6,242. 
  • Angel Valadez was arrested for MISC striking a HWY fixture and driving while intoxicated at 10:21 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Barbara Eldredge was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:06 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,000.
