Lewd Acts with Children and Drug Dealing Top the Weekend's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Fifty suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including child sex crimes, multiple manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and family violence. 

Out of the 445 beds, 420 of them are occupied as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  1. Mack Porter was arrested for sexual assault of a child at 2:02 a.m. His bond has been set at $50,000. 
  2. Chistina Baccus was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 10:04 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  3. Cody Thompson was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, MISC DWLI, expired vehicle registration, no proof of financial responsibility, and three MISC VPTA at 10:08 a.m. His bond is set at $9,884. 
  4. Orlando Hernandez was arrested for theft of a property at 11:20 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  5. Mathew De La Cruz was arrested for GOB criminal trespassing at 11:48 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:28 p.m. 
  6. Roseanda Morales was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 12:05 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  7. Andrew Barrientos was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, DWLI, speeding, MISC FTA, and MISC VPTA at 12:11 p.m. His bond is set at $10,736. 
  8. Christine Macmurdo was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and MTR possession of a controlled substance at 12:43 p.m. Her bond was set at $30,000 and was released at 2:43 p.m.  
  9. Dillion Boyles was arrested for GOB manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 12:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  10. Levi Glover was arrested for J/N possession of marijuana at 2:02 p.m. He was released without bond at 5:43 p.m. 
  11. Leslie Thomas was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated, driving while license invalid, 11 CPF, and one MISC FTA at 2:35 p.m. His bond is set at $482. 
  12. Luis Aguilar was arrested for RPR driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 4:12 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:13 p.m. 
  13. Justin Stone was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous suspension at 4:25 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  14. Pearlie Dale was arrested for DWLI at 4:51 p.m. She was released without bond at 8:58 p.m. 
  15. Destiny Arambula was arrested for GOB evading arrest at 5:06 p.m. His bond is set at $15,000. 
  16. Justin Robinson was arrested for GJI theft of a property, theft of a property, vandalism, and a MISC bench warrant at 5:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  17. Michael Albarado was arrested for possession of marijuana, DWLI, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:49 p.m. His bond was set at $1,870 and was released at 11:28 p.m. 
  18. Troy McAllister was arrested for class c assault at 7:59 p.m. His bond was set at $1,174 and was released at 11:28 p.m. 
  19. Devon Thompson was arrested for speeding, one MISC CPF, and one MISC VPTA at 8:36 p.m. His bond was set at $1,704 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  20. Noe Perez-Lupercio was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15-years-old at 11:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  1. Dusty Gibson was arrested for four MISC CPF at 12:46 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  2. Tiffany Woodward was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury and assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:44 a.m. His bond was set at $3,500 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  3. Simon Jacobo was arrested for three counts of public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, and six MISC FTA at 2:18 a.m. His bond was set at $6,430 and was released at 5:28 p.m. 
  4. Samuel Rivas was arrested for four MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 2:26 a.m. His bond is set at $482. 
  5. Kody Davis was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated at 3:06 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  6. John Jones was arrested for injury to a child with intent of bodily injury at 4:05 a.m. 
  7. Oscar Johnson was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 2:44 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  8. Jessica Manley was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and failure to identify as a fugitive from justice at 5:17 p.m. Her bond is set at $10,500. 
  9. Cody Robison was arrested for three MISC CPF at 8:26 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  10. Tamara Wachter was arrested for public intoxication at 8:33 p.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released Sunday at 3:28 a.m. 
  11. Chance Marshall was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:34 p.m. His bond is set at $1,084. 
  12. Brayan Ortiz was arrested for DUI and MIP at 10:37 p.m. His bond was set at $926 and was released Sunday at 3:58 a.m. 
  13. Roy Shaw was arrested for criminal trespass at 11:18 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  14. Andrew Burruss was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 11:50 p.m. His bond is set at $5,000.

  1. Christian Orourke was arrested for public intoxication at 1:08 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
  2. Felix Lopez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 1:35 a.m. His bond was set at $35,000 and was released at 1:28 p.m. 
  3. Jose Ruiz was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:59 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
  4. Aaron Nitsch was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury and criminal trespassing at 2:28 a.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  5. Rebecca Sepeda was arrested for driving while intoxicated with BAC of more than .15 at 4:09 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  6. Guadaluped Torres was arrested for possession of marijuana at 6:44 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 1:28 p.m.

  9. Anita Hernandez was arrested for MTR theft of a property with a previous conviction at 4:19 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  10. Jeffery Short was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:40 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  11. Cristian Esquivel was arrested for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  12. James Jordan was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 8:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. Sally Strewart was arrested for obstruction to a highway passageway at 9:03 p.m. Her bond is set at $500. 
  14. Raul Villarerreal was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction, public intoxication, and GOB assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 9:17 p.m. His bond is set at $1,042. 
  15. Jacqueline Tucker was arrested for false alarm and failure to signal parked position at 10:38 p.m. His bond was set at $860 and was released at 11:58 p.m. 
  16. Paul Sanders was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 11:15 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released Monday at 4:28 a.m.
