Manufacture and Delivery Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –  Twenty suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including a US marshal hold, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and driving while intoxicated.

Out of the 445 beds, 431 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday:

  • Ricky Huffman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 1:01 a.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 2:43 p.m. 
  • Alexis Jackson was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:59 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 1:28 p.m. 
  • Jeremy Ferguson was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana, VOP evading arrest detention, driving while license invalid, one MISC FTA, and one MISC VPTA at 6:37 a.m. His bond is set at $2,272. 
  • Johnie Sterling was arrested for VOP criminal trespassing and VOP criminal trespassing at 9:22 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lonnie Haley was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:39 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:58 p.m. 
  • Rhonda Wyatt was arrested for GOB theft of a property and GOB criminal trespassing at 10:30 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rasiel Travieso-Reyes was on a MISC U.S. Marshal hold starting at 10:58 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Mark Rojas was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 11:27 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Marcus Ortiz was arrested for VOP driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 1:59 p.m. He was released without bond at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Juan Diaz was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:45 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:43 p.m. 
  • Sonya Gaitan was arrested for theft of property at 2:04 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Jared Elkins was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated at 3:32 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 8:43 p.m. 
  • Fernando Martinez was arrested for driving while license invalid and one FTA at 4:13 p.m. His bond is set at $1,082.20. 
  • Samuel Rivas was arrested for three MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 4:42 p.m. His bond is set at $482. 
  • Joey Delarosa was arrested for driving while license invalid, CPF towing safety chains, five MISC CPF and one VPTA at 5:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Francisco Flores was arrested for one MISC VOP at 5:46 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Patrick Herendeen was arrested for MTR fraud by possessing prescription script at 6:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Fabian Alfaro was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 6:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Morning Ogden was arrested for RPR prohibited weapon knuckles, three MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 6:26 p.m. Her bond is set at $482. 
  • Christopher Contreras was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance at 9:06 p.m.
