Suspect in Sports Bar Shooting Indicted on Separate Drive-by Charges

ABILENE, TX – A suspect in the MC Sports Bar shooting was indicted Thursday after he allegedly shot up a house in a drive-by shooting.

According to KTXS, Eusabio Perez Jr. 20, allegedly drove past a man's house and fired between 8-10 shots into the house.

Perez was indicted for deadly conduct. He is also a suspect in a shooting at a local sports bar that took place just under a month ago.
