Evading Arrest and Aggravated Assault Top Wednesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX --  Nine Suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail Wednesday. The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office and the San Angelo Police Department made various arrests including one suspect for an assault with a deadly weapon on a date, family, or house member, another for an evading arrest charge, and one person for having a child in a vehicle without the car seat. 

The following people were booked in the TGCJ on Wednesday:

Michael Andros was arrested for evading arrest at 7:12 p.m. His bond was set at $500, and he was released at 9:43.

Emmanuel Garcia was arrested for driving with out a license and having a child in the car without a car sear at 10:26 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 2:58 a.m.

Jerry Jackson was arrested for displaying fictitious vehicle registration. His bond was set at $500, and he was released at 1:58 a.m.

Teresa Gutierrez was arrested for purchase of alcohol for a minor at 10:12 p.m. She was denied bond, and was released at 2:13 a.m.

Hillary Yant was arrest for possession of marijuana at 11:51 p.m. Her bond was $1,000, and she was released at 3:58 a.m.

Gorgia Molkentin was arrested for criminal non-support and for being a fugitive from justice at 8:41 a.m. She was denied bond.

Lindsey Lopez was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a date, family, or house member at 1:04 p.m. Her bond was set at $50,000.

Daniel Cheek was arrested for theft of a property over $750 at 3:56 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000.

Eric Benavides was arrested for public intoxication at 10:45 p.m. His bond was set at $3,694.
