Drug Test Falsification Device and Border Patrol Holds Fill Jails on Monday

SAN ANGELO, TX-- The Tom Green County Jail booked more than a dozen people on Monday with a variety of charges including possession of marijuana, countless criminal trespassing, but also a drug test falsification test. The jail also had four border patrol holds.

The following people were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday:

• Quentin Hoyle was arrested for criminal trespassing at 8:00 a.m. He was denied bond. He was later released at 10:43 a.m.
• Thomas Thornton was arrested for criminal mischief at 9:00 a.m. He was denied bond.
• Carlos Torres was arrested for driving with license suspended at 9:00 a.m. his bond was $500. He was later released at 10:43 a.m.
• Mark Coker was arrested for criminal mischief at 12:00 p.m. He was denied bond.
• Lonnie Haley was arrested for criminal trespassing at 12:00 p.m. He was denied bond.
• Curtis Mosby was arrested for fraud with less than five identifying info in his possession at 2:00 p.m. His bond was $10,454. He was later released at 5:58 p.m.
• Nathan Rogers was arrested for false drug test with a falsification device at 3:08 p.m. He was denied bond and was released at 4:58 p.m.
• Cosme Nataren-Chicas was booked for a border patrol at 3:00 p.m. He was denied bond.
• Gerardo Obregon-Martinez was booked for a border patrol hold at 3:00 p.m. He was denied bond.
• Eliseo Riojas-Chavez was booked for a border patrol hold at 3:00 p.m. He was denied bond.
• Martin Riojas-Chavez was booked for a border patrol hold at 3:00 p.m. He was denied bond.
• Frank Martinez was arrested for fraud by destroying or removing a concealment device at 4:00 p.m. his bond was $500. He was later released at 6:13 p.m.
• Jose Toro-Casiano was arrested for having no proof of financial responsibility at 5:00 p.m. He was denied bond.
• Robert Baze was arrested for criminal trespassing and possession of a controlled substance at 8:00 p.m. His bond was $8,500.
• Theresa Allen was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:00 p.m. Her bond was $500. She was later released at 10:28 p.m.
• Spencer Teague was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:00 p.m. His bond was $15,642.
• Tyler Wallace was arrested for violation of continuing his obligation to appear at 11:00 p.m. his bond was $532. He was later released at 3:28 a.m.
