ODESSA, TX — (Press Release) The Odessa Police Department and Department of Homeland Security have made an arrest in connection to the murder that occurred earlier this week in South Odessa.
Jose Alexander Carrera, date of birth 03/10/1998, has been charged with Murder -1st Degree Felony.
Carrera was taken into custody this morning at approximately 0025 hours in Midland. Carrera was later transported to the Midland County Law Enforcement Center.
The investigation continues.
