Evading Arrest and Threats to Officers Top Weekend Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — From Thursday to Monday morning, 82 people have been arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following people are listed with their charges and vague information on the arrest from the arrest blotter from SAPD:

SUNDAY

Devin Joseph Armstrong, 21, was arrested for burglary of habitation and resisting arrest, search, or transport on Sunday after Police were dispatched to the Nueva Vista Apartments, 2401 Lillie Street, for the report of a prowler attempting to gain entry. Armstrong kicked his way inside a former partner’s residence.

Devin James Capehart, 31, was arrested for assault cause bodily injury-family violence on Sunday following a domestic violence investigation in the 600 block of Hughes.

James Elliot Johnson, 54, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence following a domestic violence investigation at a residence in the 3000 block of Sunset Drive.

Kyrene Michele Magallan, 34, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence Sunday following a domestic violence investigation in the 800 block of E. 17th Street.

SATURDAY

Natividad Delarosa, 34, was arrested for unauthorized use of vehicle after a stolen vehicle was located at the Super 8 Motel, 410 W. Avenue L.

FRIDAY

Edward Haur Crisp, Jr., 27, was arrested for evading arrest detention, evading arrest detention with previous conviction, resisting arrest transport or search, and a warrant for evading arrest with a vehicle on Friday after Police were dispatched to the unit block of E. 33rd for the report of suspicious activity.

Sondra Kaye Reeves, 46, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence on Friday following a domestic violence investigation in the 500 block of S. Jefferson.

Christopher Wade McLaughlin, 26, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop near S. Bell and Paint Rock. April Ojeda Torres, 35, was arrested for prohibited weapon-knuckles during the stop.

John Fitzgerald Graves Jr., 19, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence, possession of marijuana, and possession/delivery of drug paraphernalia on Friday after Police were dispatched to MLK Park for the report of an unknown problem.

THURSDAY

Mark Anthony Chavez, 31, was arrested for a parole violation warrant, possession/delivery of drug paraphernalia, fail to identify giving false information, and evading arrest detention after Police were dispatched to the Micro Hotel Inn, 4649 W. Houston Harte Expressway for the report of found drugs. Chavez evaded a second time, while handcuffed, after he pulled away from Officers and attempted to flee by across the highway.

Aubrey Emily Ely, 17, was arrested for terroristic threat against a public servant in the 900 block of E. 43rd Street.

Chad Stephen Fulfs, 45, was arrested for public intoxication, harassment of public servant, and two warrants after Police were flagged down about an intoxicated subject at 19th and Bryant.
