Second 18-Year-Old Suspect Who Robbed/Hit Woman with Vehicle Taken into Custody

Yesterday, San Angelo Police officials arrested Bentley Green, 18, after obtaining an arrest warrant for him and his cohort, Joshua Dixon. Officials reported that the duo robbed and hit a 40-year-old woman with a vehicle just before 4 p.m. on Feb. 17 in the Marshall’s parking lot at Sunset Mall. At that time, Dixon had not been found; however, according to Officer Tracy Gonzalez, public information officer for SAPD, that has changed.

Gonzalez said Dixon was arrested at approximately 7:35 p.m. last night in the 1500 block of S. Bell Street without incident.

“He was located after officers recognized a vehicle he was associated with parked in the parking lot,” Gonzalez said. “Dixon was transported to the Tom Green County Jail and booked on several outstanding arrest warrants.”
